Operations Manager (Budget Hotel) Off Jalan Sultan, K Lumpur Responsibilities: *Responsible for structuring, establishing and managing the Hotel at management level *Reports directly to the owners *Managing a team of executives and supporting staffs to ensure smooth operations and achieve company's goals *Provide strategic directions and leadership for immediate and long term growth *Plan, implement and drive sales and marketing to maximize sales and achieve budget Requirements: *Male/female age below 40 years old *Diploma or Degree holder in Hotel Management/Travel/PR/Mass Communications/Marketing/Business or related *With more than 5 years as senior executive in managing a hotel's operations *Skills in identifying and set up new branch hotels as part of expansion plans *Strong leadership qualities to lead, train and motivate a team of executives and supporting staffs to ensure smooth operations and achieve company's goals *Computer literate and skills in Microsoft Office necessary *Skills in communication in both written and spoken English, B Malaysia.
