Responsibilities: - Your key roles is to improve staffing and recruitment, run the recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
- You will be tasked to implement talent management initiatives to attract, acquire, develop, motivate and manage talent.
- You will be a hand-on driver for continuous improvement and best practices initiatives.
Requirements: - Candidate must have a recognized university degree or diploma in related field of study.
- You must be good in analytical skills, strong EQ and excellent communications skills.
- Other qualities that we seek include the ability to work independently, initiative, team spirit and observing timeline.
