HR Consultant Asst (RM 1.5k – RM1.8k)  [13/10/2009]


Responsibilities:

  • Your key roles is to improve staffing and recruitment, run the recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
  • You will be tasked to implement talent management initiatives to attract, acquire, develop, motivate and manage talent.
  • You will be a hand-on driver for continuous improvement and best practices initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have a recognized university degree or diploma in related field of study.
  • You must be good in analytical skills, strong EQ and excellent communications skills.
  • Other qualities that we seek include the ability to work independently, initiative, team spirit and observing timeline.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
