Job Description - membantu dalam pengurusan pentadbiran
- menyediakan dokumen, fail Pengarah serta memastikan ianya sentiasa dalam keadaan tersusun dan kemas
- Bertanggungjawab untuk merekod dan berhubung dengan Pengarah berkaitan aktiviti dan jadual harian beliau.
- Bertanggungjawab menguruskan temujanji dan mesuarat Pengarah
- Menguruskan semua perbelanjaan, tuntutan termasuk membuat tempahan tiket pengarah untuk sebarang lawatan.
- memastikan bilik Pengarah berada dalam keadaan tersusun dan kemas
- Bertanggungjawab menyediakan mesyuarat dan menyediakan minit meeting untuk setiap mesyuarat.
Requirements: -Any certificated in office administration/secretary -proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other -English language skills - Ability to work effectively with people at all levels with strong organizational and communication verbal and written skills. -Pro-active, independent, self-driven and resourceful with high level of integrity and confidentiality -Have an experience in this related field. It is staffed by a , team of members with expertise in various aspects of power electronics, motors and drives. The establishment of the research centre will fulfill our country’s aspiration to be an excellent, world-class centre in research and education and specifically fulfill the university’s mission to be a Research University. Looking at global applications in power electronics and drives, UMPEDAC has good chances of becoming a regional centre of excellent in multidisciplinary research. UMPEDAC has expertise and capabilities in industrial electronics and control, fields of engineering related to industry applications. The organization is lead by Professor Dr. Nasrudin Abd Rahim as Director and assisted by members of UMPEDAC in Research and Development division, Administration division and Consultation and Training Divisions. Affiliate members other universities include local and international universities invited to enhance extensive co-operation with universities related to local and assisting local universities. UMPEDAC has played a vital role in assisting local universities with consultation, training services and research and development (R&D).
